Cancelation Policies

Hours of Operation

The studio is only open during training sessions. If you'd like more information please contact Cathy for a 30 minute FREE Consulation.

Pricing

All sessions are booked in advance and we do not offer packages. Sessions are open monthly and all passes have a 30 day expiration from the date of purchase.

Release of Liability

All clients must sign a waiver before participating in a training session. If you need to check with your doctor for clearance please do so. Motion's waiver is located in Mindbody and you will sign upon creating your account. 

Cancelation Policy

Sign up and show up! If you must cancel please do so via your Mindbody accountat least 4 hours prior to your session. If you cancel after the 4 hour window or "late cancel" you will forfeit your spot and the pass will be used. We do not offer refunds or returns.

Waitlist

When booking sessions you may see the button "Waitlist" which means the session is full. Please sign up on the Waitlist as Cathy tries very hard to accommodate and if you're not on the Waitlist she won't know that you're interested. When booking if you see "Call" this means even the Waitlist is full. Again, Cathy tries her best and often opens a new time to accommodate the overflow. If the button says "Call' please text Cathy as this ensures she knows you're interested.

Mindbody

Mindbody is a booking/payment software that is used across the nation. Even if you have a Mindbody account with another studio you still must link your Mindbody account to Motion Fitness studio. Mindbody takes your privacy seriously so we cannot access credit card info from another studio. 


Hint If you have trouble booking a session make sure your credit card is up to date
