Whether you are looking to workout 2 days in a row or need a day or two between Cathy can design to suit your needs. Have access to a gym or fitness center? If not, no problem. Cathy can design for you.
In need of several workouts while you're traveling (or while Cathy takes a vacation)? Cathy can design a mini-series for you based on the equipment you have available for the time you are away.
Program Design is Cathy's specialty. She loves to put together 6 week, 12 week, or more programs. This is what she does every day for her clients and programs are based on client's goals. For example 12 weeks of Legs/Core or 14 weeks of Push/Pull or 16 weeks of General Conditioning or 8 weeks of Balance plus Strength.
Get 1x/week for 6 weeks or 12 weeks based on your goals and health history. Cathy will design based on the equipment you have available. If you've never worked with Cathy before you must do a 1:1 session for Cathy to run assessments in order to design a safe, effective program based on your body.
